Hydroform, Spiral Interlock & Braiding

Our hydroform technology produces a wide array of shapes that are too difficult for standard stamping and bending processes. We can achieve flexible shapes while reducing the material required compared to conventional fabrication processes. Our custom Spiral Interlock and Braiding processes produce flexible exhaust components which reduce vibration and harshness caused by engine torque.
